Police Report: Clearfield PSP

A 24-year-old Osceola Mills man, Adam C. Barnett, injured his right arm in a single-vehicle accident Sunday on Walton Street in Chester Hill Borough. Barnett was traveling northbound when he exited the right side of the roadway and struck a utility pole. After impact his vehicle traveled northbound along the right side and struck a chain link fence before coming to a rest in the yard of a residence. Barnett was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.  His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene. Barnett will be cited for careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
