- A protection from abuse violation/harassment incident occurred Thursday on Railroad Street in Rush Township. A 24-year-old Philipsburg man was arrested after allegedly being involved with a domestic dispute with two female family members. He was found to be in violation of a PFA order and taken from the scene. The man was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Allen Sinclair.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred Tuesday on the Port Matilda Highway in Rush Township. An 18-year-old woman allegedly damaged a 20-year-old Philipsburg man’s in-dash DVD player. Charges have been filed through the district court.
