Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of indecent assault allegedly occurred sometime between June 21, 2008 and June 20, 2009 in Rush Township. State police were contacted by Centre County Children, Youth and Family Services regarding an 11-year-old girl’s allegations that she had been inappropriately touched by a known suspect during the aforementioned timeframe. The investigation is ongoing in conjunction with CCCYFS.
