The Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library accepted a donation from the Susquehanna River Arts Center from the recent William Patton Brown art sale. The art sale was possible due to the kind donation of the art collection by Lee Lanager.
The artwork was on display during the month of March, and the sale generated more than $6,000 in sales. SRAC contributed $1,267 of the sales to the library, as well as one of Brown’s paintings to hang in the library.
