- An incident of DUI occurred Saturday on Huckleberry Road in Jay Township when a known male was stopped for a summary traffic violation. He was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested. Charges of DUI and summary traffic violations will be filed pending blood test results.
- An incident of underage drinking occurred Friday on state Route 948 in Fox Township. A 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl, both of St. Marys, were occupants of a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop, it was determined they were underage and had consumed alcohol. Charges were filed through the district court.
- An incident of DUI occurred April 17 on state Route 219 in Ridgway Borough. A 59-year-old Kane man crossed the centerline multiple times while operating his vehicle. State police initiated a traffic stop at which time the man failed a field sobriety test. He was placed under arrest as a result. Charges are currently pending blood test results.
- A blue Quest Escape 15-speed mountain bike was found at the Johnsonburg Bi-LO store in Ridgway Township. The owner is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136.
- On Friday at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Fox Township, a man and woman, both of Ridgway, conspired with a Wilcox man to remove a shopping cart that contained 76 items valued at $613.82 without paying for the items. The suspects attempted to leave the store through the lawn and garden entrance/exit.
- An incident of retail theft occurred Sunday at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in St. Marys. Three, unknown suspects entered the store and stole several items of clothing, as well as other miscellaneous items before fleeing in a dark-colored, mid-sized vehicle with Pennsylvania registration of ESM1673. The suspect vehicle also had primer on the front, left quarter panel. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136.
