Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of DUI occurred at 10:33 p.m. Thursday on state Route 350 in Rush Township. An 18-year-old Osceola Mills man was stopped for an equipment violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending official blood test results.
