- On April 13, three men reported having fishing vests and a fishing license removed from their vehicles while inside the Benezette Hotel.
- An incident of theft occurred between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday at a construction site on the western side of Apple Street in Jay Township. Someone broke two windows on a Cat D10 N bulldozer and also removed the drive shaft.
- An incident of DUI occurred April 13 on state Route 219 approximately one mile north of its intersection with SR 948 in Ridgway Township. A 35-year-old Ridgway woman was stopped for a traffic violation and found under the influence of alcohol.
