Police Report: DuBois PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Saturday in the parking lot of the Rhododendron in Sykesville. A 29-year-old Brockport man and a 37-year-old Sykesville man engaged in a fight, and neither wanted to seek prosecution. No charges will be filed.
