Vaughn Lee Bachelier, 56, of Grampian died Thursday April 11, 2013 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born Nov. 8, 1956 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Teddy Wriglesworth and Eileen Thorp Hoover. She was a Christian and a homemaker. She enjoyed embroidery, NASCAR, fishing, canning crossword and word puzzles, and all the sports her children and grandchildren participated in. She loved her grandchildren and her dog, Roy.
On Nov. 20, 1982 in Grampian, she wed Richard A. Bachelier, who survives along with two children, TJ Holt Jr. and his wife, Jennifer Lynn and Sheila Smith and her husband, Robert Jr., both of Grampian; four grandchildren, Alex J. Holt, Noah W. Holt, Jenna Rae Smith and Amiya J. Smith; her father of Houtzdale; and her mother and her husband, Larry Hoover of Morrisdale.
Also surviving are two brothers, Russell Wriglesworth and his wife, Janet of Grampian and Ray E. Wriglesworth and his wife, Sherilla of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville with Mr. Jim Thorp officiating. Burial will follow in the Friends Cemetery in Grampian.
Friends will be received from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. till the time of services Monday at the funeral home.
