Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of cruelty to animals occurred Tuesday on High Street in Rush Township. Someone walked onto a victim’s porch and used an unknown object to strike her cat on the head. The cat died instantly and was discovered by the victim when she went to let it in.
