STATE COLLEGE – The Marcellus Business Central, Pennsylvania’s leading publication for the shale gas industry has announced its media partnership with regional web-based newspaper, Gantdaily.com.

Effective immediately, Gantdaily.com will begin to publish weekly online news stories from the MBC. The content will have a strong focus on the continually emerging energy developments surrounding the natural gas market and those businesses that support this unprecedented growth throughout the East Coast.

“This collaboration will enable us to help deliver timely information to an eager market,” said Christene Dahlem, president of GANT Media LLC.   “Our goal is to be a strong resource for those businesses in our region that are involved in the shale gas industry.”

David Wells, publisher of the MBC, also commented on the new collaboration. He said, “The strong reputation of Gantdaily.com as a news leader in our market area makes them an idea fit for this type of relationship.  Our increased focus on Utica, Marcellus and The Appalachian Basins mandates that we integrate new channels to deliver our news to a regional marketplace.”

The MBC is a premium monthly publication that serves the same footprint as its sister publication, The Pennsylvania Business Central (PBC). Established in 1991, the PBC currently serves 20 counties that are strong Shale Play participants, as well as select areas in Southern New York and Southeastern Ohio.

The MBC is a B2B publication that features all things Marcellus, Utica and Appalachian Basins, including new well permits, articles relating to Shale gas, well activity, new companies in the region, press releases, technology and more.

GantDaily.com, founded in 2006, is a web-based newspaper serving Clearfield and its surrounding counties and publishing local original reporting, national headlines, sports and more.
