Central Pennsylvania Community Action (CPCA) has announced its second-ever Night Golf Tournament to be held Aug. 10 at Eagles Ridge golf course in Curwensville.

The Night Golf Tournament will start at 8 p.m. and will include nine holes of golf with glow in the dark golf balls, glow tees and lighted fairways.  There will be food, prizes and lots of fun.

The tournament benefits Group Workcamp 2014, a week-long event sponsored by CPCA, in which church youth groups travel to the Philipsburg/Clearfield area to complete home projects for elderly, low-income and disabled persons in the community.  These projects include building wheelchair ramps, painting, weatherization, porch and step repairs/replacement, mobile home skirting and more.

For more information about the tournament, registration or sponsorship of the tournament, please contact either Pam or Tia at 814-765-1551.
