SNYDER TOWNSHIP – Minor injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident at 10 a.m. Wednesday on Route 28 in Snyder Township, according to the DuBois-based state police.
Joleen M. Joiner, 37, of Reynoldsville was traveling northbound when her vehicle’s tires broke traction on the slush-covered roadway. Her vehicle then traveled across the left lane and exited the west shoulder. There, it struck an embankment and overturned once before coming to a rest on its wheels.
Joiner sustained minor injuries. Her passenger, a 16-year-old Reynoldsville boy, was not injured. Both were wearing their seatbelts.
