- An incident of domestic-related harassment occurred at approximately 2:29 a.m. Feb. 14 at a Five Springs Lane residence in Huston Township during which two brothers engaged in a physical altercation. Two, non-traffic citations were filed through the district court for summary harassment.
- An incident of DUI occurred at approximately 2:58 a.m. Sunday on state Route 970 in the Sandy Ridge area of Rush Township. A 34-year-old Osceola Mills man was stopped for a traffic violation and found under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tyrone Hospital for blood testing. Charges are pending blood test results.
