Scotto is a graduate of Seton Hall University; he obtained a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a concentration in finance. He’s the owner of Scotto’s Pizzeria. His past experience includes work as a financial advisor, licensed specialist at a financial institution and a client services representative with Prudential Retirement Services.
The Controller’s Office audits the county’s various accounts and performs the services of Accounts Payable, Payroll and is the liaison Officer who works with the County’s external auditors. The controller also serves as secretary of the Prison Board, the Salary Board and the Retirement Board.
Scotto is a member of the Pennsylvania State Association of County Controllers. He is involved in many community organizations, including the Knights of Columbus and Lions Club. Tony and his wife Rossella reside in Sandy Township with their two children, Mario and Monica. He and his family are members of St. Catherine’s of Siena Church in Dubois.

“I will continue to be the fiscal watchdog for Clearfield County, and I pledge to work hard to assure taxpayers that their tax dollars are properly accounted for. Government needs to prioritize and economize just like everyone else has to do in this economic environment. Therefore, I once again respectfully ask for your support in this coming election.”
