Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Krista Courtney Moyer, 30, of West Decatur was stopped Feb. 6 for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, state police discovered she was required to have her vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock system. She had failed to do so. There was an outstanding warrant out for her arrest in Clearfield County. She was taken into custody and transported to the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office. She was incarcerated at the Clearfield County Jail. Charges have been filed against Moyer as related to the traffic stop through the district court in Philipsburg.
