CLEARFIELD – Visit Clearfield County (VCC) will host a Marketing/Grant workshop at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at its office located at 12 N. Front St., Clearfield.
The workshop will focus on ways to market businesses to the thousands of visitors who are traveling to Clearfield County each month. All Clearfield County businesses are encouraged to attend, including DuBois, Treasure Lake, Clearfield, Curwensville, Karthaus, Houtzdale, Coalport, Burnside, Mahaffey, Grampian, Luthersburg, as well as their surrounding communities.
The workshop will also serve as a networking opportunity while guiding participants so far as free and low-cost marketing for their business. It will educate participants about getting potential visitors excited about Clearfield County.
This workshop is open to any business, municipality or organization looking to attract visitors to their business or area attractions. The workshop will be followed by a question and answer session about the VCC Grant program with an application deadline soon approaching on March 29.
