Carla June Prokop, 48, of Glassflat died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at the Clearfield Hospital. Born Nov. 23, 1964 in Owensboro, KY, she was the daughter of Estil Baughn of New Orleans, LA and the late Betty Riffe Baughn.
Mrs. Prokop was a homemaker. She was married to John R. Prokop of Grassflat.
In addition to her husband, she’s survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Cizio and her husband, Charles of Madera and two sons, Harold Vaughn of Grassflat and Jerry Plieseis of Jersey Shore.
Also surviving are two sisters, Sheila Dees of New Orleans, LA and Patty Stevens of Albuquerque, NM; one brother, Robert Baughn of New Orleans, LA; and five grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Sara Vaughn.
There will be private services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will not be any visitation.
