- A hit-and-run accident occurred sometime between 5 p.m. Jan. 27 and 12 p.m. Tuesday on Cemetery Road in Rush Township. A maroon-colored Sedan failed to negotiate a left-hand curve in the roadway, and it struck three tombstones. The operator then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 1 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Wednesday on Curtis Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 55-year-old Philipsburg man discovered that the rear window of his 2005 Buick Rainer had been smashed out, while it was parked in his driveway. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of harassment occurred at 10:55 p.m. Wednesday on Centre Street in Philipsburg Borough. A physical altercation allegedly occurred between a 29-year-old Philipsburg man and his ex-girlfriend, a 34-year-old Philipsburg woman. The couple had allegedly engaged in a verbal altercation at which point he allegedly threw a glass of water in her face. Charges of harassment will be filed against the man through the district court.
