- A hit-and-run accident occurred sometime between 5 p.m. Jan. 27 and 12 p.m. Tuesday on Cemetery Road in Rush Township. A maroon-colored Sedan failed to negotiate a left-hand curve in the roadway, and it struck three tombstones. The operator then fled the scene in an unknown direction. - An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 1 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Wednesday on Curtis Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 55-year-old Philipsburg man discovered that the rear window of his 2005 Buick Rainer had been smashed out, while it was parked in his driveway. - An incident of harassment occurred at 10:55 p.m. Wednesday on Centre Street in Philipsburg Borough. A physical altercation allegedly occurred between a 29-year-old Philipsburg man and his ex-girlfriend, a 34-year-old Philipsburg woman. The couple had allegedly engaged in a verbal altercation at which point he allegedly threw a glass of water in her face. Charges of harassment will be filed against the man through the district court.
