Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Saturday or Sunday on Laurel Hill Drive in Rush Township. Someone placed some form of incendiary device in a 33-year-old Philipsburg man’s mailbox, which exploded and destroyed the mailbox.
