Two Men Jailed on Drug Charges

TAYLOR TOWNSHIP – Two men are facing drug-related charges following a traffic stop that occurred at 11:16 a.m. Friday along Interstate 99 at mile-marker 58.5 in Taylor Township, according to the Philipsburg-based state police.

State police identified the men as Al Mu Min Y Diaz, 34, of Altoona and Marlin Thomas Boswell, 36, of Irvington, NJ. Both were taken to the Centre County Prison and arraigned on drug charges.

During a traffic stop, state police obtained a search warrant after they observed “indicators and plain view items.” State police seized more than half-ounce of heroin, 19 capsules of methamphetamine, approximately one ounce of marijuana, five oxycodone pills and a large amount of cash.
