Mary Alice Rolley Williams, 90, of Olanta, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 at her residence.
Born Oct. 18, 1922 in Kerr Addition, Lawrence Township, she was the daughter of James E. and Geraldine V. (Luzier) Condon.
Mrs. Williams had been an operating room technician at the Altoona Hospital for 14 years and was this area’s Tupperware Manager for 15 years.
She was a member of the Curwensville United Methodist Church, where she participated in the choir and the “Search for Peace” Pageant. She was a member of the GFWC Woman’s Club of Curwensville.
She first wed Bernard A. Rolley, who preceded her in death in 1971. She then wed Harry R. Williams, who also preceded her in death. In addition, she was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Berniece Rushinski and Vema Palmer.
Surviving are six children, Judith White and her husband, Dennis of Clearfield, Edna Beatty of Olanta, James B. Rolley of Doylestown, Bernadette Lewis and her husband, Terry Betts of Forksville, Cheryl Smith of Altoona and Yvette Kaufman and her husband, William of DeBeque, CO.
Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, two great great-granddaughters and five brothers and sisters, Cecil Condon and his wife, Sara and Carl Condon and his wife Joan, both of Clearfield, Lester Condon and his wife, Jean of Lewisburg, Verlee Turner and her husband, Les of Brookville, and Dennis Condon and his wife, Linda of Clymer, NY.
At the request of Mrs. Williams, there will be no public visitation. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
