Alanna Jean Kanouff, 15 days old, of Houtzdale died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013 at Children’s Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born on Jan. 7, 2013 the daughter of Jacob A. Kanouff and Nita R. Walk, both of Houtzdale.
She is survived by her paternal grandparents, Donald and Renee Kanouff of Houtzdale; maternal grandparents, Daniel and Carol Walk of Mineral Springs; an aunt, Tori Beveridge and her husband, Shannon of Hawk Run; an uncle, Levi Walk of Mineral Springs; great-grandparents, Charles and Sharon Kanouff of Brisbin; Donald and
Sharon McIntire of Houtzdale; Calvin and Joan Peters of West Decatur and Frank Walk of Mineral Springs; and a great-great grandmother, Vera Phillips of Parsonville. A number of cousins, aunts and uncles also survive.
Family and friends will be received from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday at the Kruise Funeral Home Inc. Madera.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Ford officiating.
Burial will be in the Brisbin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
