- An incident of burglary occurred sometime between 9:30 p.m. Jan. 12 and 12 p.m. Saturday at camps near Milkweed Lane in Millstone Township. Someone arrived at four, different camps, where they cut locks to gain entry. They removed copper gas line, two drills, two large socket sets, two antique fishing reels and a ceramic bear statue. Anyone with information regarding these burglaries is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136 or the Elk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-775-2030.
- An incident of theft occurred at around 5 p.m. Jan. 16 at Wal-Mart in Fox Township. An unknown male entered the store and allegedly stole an item. He left the store and allegedly gave the item to a known 19-year-old Woodland man who allegedly returned it for a gift card. The incident remains under investigation.
- A child pornography incident occurred Friday at a Jay Township residence. Someone transmitted pornographic images to a 10-year-old girl by electronic messaging. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
