TV Theft Suspect Linked to Other Incidents

SANDY TOWNSHIP – After reviewing store surveillance video, Wal-Mart security has determined that the male suspect who was involved in the TV theft incident on Jan. 11 is also linked to two other thefts at the store, according to Sandy Township police.

The suspect allegedly removed 47-inch TVs both times.  He’s described as a Caucasian male who has a beard. He stands 6 feet, 3 inches to 6 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 280 pounds.

Police said there is a second individual involved who appears to be the get-away driver of a dark-colored Chevrolet sports utility vehicle.
