An incident of harassment occurred between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday at a Mudlick Road residence in Huston Township. A 22-year-old Bellefonte man and a 22-year-old Julian man were playing video games. The Julian man allegedly punched the Bellefonte man in the stomach approximately 20 times throughout the day for no apparent reason. The man was cited for harassment.
