Suspects Jailed for Bank Robberies in DuBois

DUBOIS – The suspects who are allegedly responsible for the armed robberies on Dec. 31 and Jan. 4 at S&T Bank in DuBois are in custody, according to the DuBois City Police Department. The suspects are currently incarcerated at the Jefferson County Jail.

DuBois City police received a tip that led officers to interview a male and female who were recently incarcerated on unrelated charges. Police will hold a news conference at 1 p.m. Friday in the City Council Chambers located at 16 W. Scribner Avenue. Further information will be released at that time.
