The Clearfield Middle School Student Council recently sponsored a candy cane message fundraiser to benefit Make-A-Wish.
Student Council exceeded its goal and presented a $436 check to Mr. Shimmel. Make-A-Wish grants special “wishes” to children with significant health issues and gives them hope, strength and joy that they may not otherwise experience.
Over the last 11 years, the student council has helped fund “wishes” for many local children who are living in Clearfield, as well as many in surrounding communities.
