CLEARFIELD – The Lawrence Township, Clearfield and Hyde fire departments responded to a structure fire Saturday on Mount Joy Road.
Chief Jas Catherman of Lawrence Township Fire Co. 5 said that an electronic device caused the fire, which was contained to one room. There was heavy smoke damage as a result of the fire. Until restoration occurs, the residence will be uninhabitable.
There were no injuries as a result of the fire.
