Sandra Lee Frankhouser, 66, of Curwensville died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2012 at her residence.
Born July 20, 1946 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Edgar and Olive (Mignot) Frankhouser. She had been employed by Goodman’s Foodliner in Curwensville, the Curwensville Area School District and Marion Manor Personal Care Home in Curwensville.
She was a member of the St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville and also the Altar and Rosary Society of the church.
She also was a member of the GFWC Curwensville Women’s Club and a former member of the Rescue Hose and Ladder Co. Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving are three siblings, Edward William Frankhouser and his wife, Evelyn of Tennessee, Richard Clair Frankhouser of Taccoma, WA and Barbara Buzzard of Middletown as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville, with the Rev. Father Mark J. Mastrian as celebrant. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Curwensville.
At the request of Ms. Frankhouser there will be no public visitation.
The family suggests contributions be made to either the St. Timothy Church Father Niebling Building Fund or St. Timothy Church Father McKee Scholarship Fund.
