- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 10 a.m. Sunday and 8:50 a.m. Monday at the East Branch Dam in Jones Township. Someone removed a security gate wing from its post, which prevents access to the Dam Tower. The gate was then thrown down an embankment. No damage was reported. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136.
- An incident of theft occurred in November at Clarion Sintered Metals in Ridgway Township. A known male allegedly stole scrap metal items that were being stored on the company’s property. The investigation is continuing at this time.
