Megan Smith, 29, and Jordan Mumma, 19, both of Clearfield, are facing charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft.
Smith and Mumma allegedly stole more than $2,000 worth of jewelry from a residence on West First Avenue. Then, they allegedly sold the jewelry to a business on River Road, police said.
