- An incident of criminal mischief occurred at 3 p.m. Saturday on East Presqueisle Street in Philipsburg Borough. Someone damaged the rear, passenger’s side tire of a 71-year-old Philipsburg man’s vehicle. - An incident of theft occurred sometime between 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. Friday on Spotts Road in Union Township. Three, separate suspects entered and removed U.S. Currency and merchandise from a business. - An incident of terroristic threats/Act 64 occurred Nov. 22 on South High Street in Port Matilda Borough. State police responded for reports of terroristic threats with a hatchet and subsequent harassment. During the incident, a verbal argument turned physical over a Trivial Pursuit question. Upon state police arrival, they seized the hatchet and subsequently discovered it was drug paraphernalia. Charges will be filed through the district court.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred Nov. 22 on South Smith Street in Port Matilda Borough. A 40-year-old Port Matilda woman reported damage to a bathroom window, which was allegedly caused by another 40-year-old Port Matilda woman. Charges will be filed through the district court.
