Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 3 a.m. ad 5 a.m. Wednesday on Good Street in Houtzdale Borough. Someone allegedly flattened a 45-year-old Houtzdale man’s tires; the incident remains under investigation.
