Central Pennsylvania Community Action (CPCA) has chances available to win 300 gallons of heating oil from J.J. Powell Inc. of Philipsburg. Second prize is a $50 gift card to any Snappy’s location.
Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Group Workcamp 2014, which is sponsored by the CPCA. At each Workcamp, hundreds of teenagers and adult sponsors will come to our community and spend five days repairing homes for elderly, low-income and disabled residents.
Oil chances will be sold for $3 each. The oil will only be delivered to the name and address on the chance. All tickets must be completed fully to win. Delivery of the oil can be in either Centre or Clearfield counties and must be delivered by April 15, 2013.
The drawing for the winner will be held at 12 p.m., Dec. 14 at the CPCA, Clearfield main office. Tickets can be purchased at any CPCA office. For more information on Central
