WJAC-TV has learned that Pennsylvania Attorney General Linda L. Kelly will announce that criminal charges will be filed against former PSU President Graham Spanier.

Former FBI Director Louis Freeh’s report identifies Spanier as one of four Penn State leaders who covered up Sandusky’s child sex abuse in order to spare the University of negative publicity.
In June, a jury found Sandusky guilty of 45 counts of child sex abuse. He was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison.
