CRC to Host Beautification Workshop on Nov. 7

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Revitalization Corp. (CRC) has previously offered workshops that reviewed its guidelines for its Façade Improvement Program. However, this time it’s presenting the importance of storefront improvements and overall town beautification and how to make a difference with a small budget.

CRC Design Committee Chairperson Katie Miknis will instruct the workshop. Components that will be discussed at this workshop include, but are not limited to:

• Why beautification is important to your town and what you can do to make a difference;
• Updates to the Façade Improvement Grant process: New Deadlines & Eligibility;
• Classic Christmas Contest Kick-Off

The Beautification Workshop will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7 at The Angry Bean Coffeehouse in downtown Clearfield. The coffeehouse is located at 118 N. Third St. and is inside Ethan’s Café.

Registration is free to CRC members and $5 for non-members. Coffee, tea, pastries and muffins will be provided.
