PennDOT Issues Update for Storm-related Road Closures

CLEARFIELD – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) advises drivers that some state roads remain closed in Centre and Juniata counties due to issues caused by Hurricane Sandy.

PennDOT District 2 covers Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk, Juniata, McKean, Mifflin and Potter counties. As of 12 p.m., the list of road closings in District 2 includes:

Centre County:

State Route 2007 (Brush Mountain Road) from Green Grove Road to Grenoble Road. Closed for downed utility.

Juniata County:

State Route 3023 (Pumping Station Road) from Campbell Hollow Road to Berry Ridge Road. Closed for downed tree.

State Route 4001 (Muddy Run Road) in Milford Township from Foster Road to Licking Creek Drive. Closed for downed utility.

PennDOT District 2 will update the list of road closures periodically as roads re-open.
