Shane Putorek has been formally charged for child pornography after Patton police said they found 48 images of nude boys on a cellular phone they recovered from Putorek.
Putorek is a former music teacher in the Harmony School District.
Putorek was charged earlier this year with sexual assault in connection with an incident that involved a 15-year-old boy in his Patton apartment.
