Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment and criminal mischief occurred at 10:11 p.m. Sunday at a Rusty Lane residence in Philipsburg Borough. A 24-year-old Philipsburg woman and a 23-year-old Philipsburg man engaged in an argument, which became physical when he allegedly shoved her. He also allegedly punched the outside of the woman’s trailer, causing damage. The man has been cited for harassment and criminal mischief.
