DUBOIS – Children of all ages and their families are invited to participate in events celebrating Halloween at Penn State DuBois. Trick-or-Treat Night and a haunted house are both on the schedule.
Safe Trick-or-Treat Night is planned from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19, in the Student Union. Organized by the Student Life Office, members of student clubs will be on hand to pass out candy to young trick-or-treaters. Children will also be able to take part in Halloween-themed games throughout the evening. This event is free and open to everyone.
A haunted house is planned on campus for three evenings. The Delta Mu Sigma Honor Society will host the haunted house from 7 p.m. until midnight Oct. 19 and Oct. 20 and from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. Oct. 21. Admission is $5 per person, with proceeds benefiting Delta Mu Sigma and local charities. Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
