Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 6:30 a.m. Thursday on Pruner Street in Osceola Mills Borough. Someone punctured three tires and scratched the driver’s side of a 45-year-old Osceola Mills woman’s vehicle.
