DuBois Man Accused of Selling Marijuana Waives Hearing

DUBOIS – A DuBois man accused of selling marijuana waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday.

Todd R. Snedden, 30, 431 Quarry Ave., DuBois, is charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent deliver a controlled substance and intentional possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $25,000, unsecured.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, arrangements were made through an informant to purchase 112 grams of marijuana for $1,200 from Snedden on Dec. 21. The informant and an undercover officer met with him at a DuBois residence. While the officer watched, the informant gave Snedden the money. Snedden gave the informant a plastic bag of marijuana, which was then given to the officer.
