- On Friday, someone pulled over on Bee Line Highway, removed a voter advertisement sign and threw it over the guardrail. The investigation is continuing.
- A 54-year-old Stanley Road woman was allegedly out of control on Friday. Upon arrival police attempted to calm her down before they restrained and escorted her to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for treatment and evaluation.
- Timothy Heeman, 46, checked into the Clarion Inn Friday after telling employees he was an employee with a company that had rooms reserved. Employees discovered he was not affiliated with the company. He also attempted to steal several room keys and a clock from the hotel. Officers located Heeman at Murray Freightliner, where he was causing problems with employees and uncooperative with police. He was arrested and charges have been filed.
- On Friday, a vehicle driven by a 68-year-old DuBois man was attempting to turn right off South Brady Street and made a wide turn. The operator of the Health Ride Van behind him thought he was turning left and continued driving on South Brady Street. The man turned into the van. Minor injuries and damage were reported.
- A 17-year-old girl swerved to miss a deer while traveling Friday on Treasure Lake Road. Her vehicle exited the roadway, striking numerous boulders before coming to rest. No injuries and severe damage were reported.
- A possible domestic disturbance was reported to police Friday from a third party who was worried about the welfare of her niece because she could not reach her. While officers were in route to the Salada Road residence, the aunt reported her niece was OK.
- Stoltz employees of Watson Highway reported Friday that someone attempted to cut a catalytic converter out of a Dodge Ram.
- Police investigated a 911 hang-up call Friday at a Kilmer Road residence. It was accidental.
- On Friday, a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old Treasure Lake woman failed to slow down in time to avoid hitting a vehicle driven by a 30-year-old Reynoldsville man that was stopped in traffic. No injuries were reported. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
- A Showers road man reported Friday that a trail camera was stolen off of his property.
- A 24-year-old Circle Road woman reported Friday that someone smashed her bedroom window.
- A 24-year-old Circle Road woman reported Saturday a known man was on her porch yelling and threatening to shoot her. The man had a rifle-type BB gun. Upon arrival, police located the man standing in the middle of the road; he was holding the gun and yelling. He then he ran from the scene. Police were unable to locate the man, but charges of criminal mischief and terroristic threats have been filed against him.
- A 27-year-old Locust Street woman entered her boyfriend’s house Saturday on Forest Avenue by using a hidden key without his permission. When the man told her to leave, they engaged in an argument and the woman hit him. The woman was uncooperative with police but left the scene.
- Treasure Lake Security reported someone had removed the Goldway Court Street sign.
- A 63-year-old DuBois woman was pulling into a parking space at the Commons on Saturday when she struck a parked vehicle driven by a 70-year-old Mayport woman.
- A Home Camp Road resident reported Saturday that all-terrain vehicles were being driven on the road, causing a disturbance.
- A Circle Road resident reported Saturday that someone attempted to break into his trailer.
- Police received a report about an intoxicated male who was causing a disturbance Saturday outside of a Dixon Avenue residence. Police handled the situation without incident.
- A Treasure Lake resident reported Sunday that someone egged his house causing $2,000 worth of damage.
