- A 35-year-old Philipsburg man violated a protection from abuse order Saturday on North Ninth Street in Philipsburg Borough. He allegedly text-messaged, called and visited a 35-year-old Philipsburg woman.
- An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred sometime between 10 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday in a driveway along East Pine Street in Rush Township. Someone entered a 52-year-old Philipsburg man’s 2003 Chevrolet sports utility vehicle and stole one item valued at $44 before fleeing the scene. No damage was observed to the man’s vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of disorderly conduct occurred at approximately 7 p.m. Saturday at the Slabtown Skate Park in Philipsburg Borough. A fight allegedly occurred between a 14-year-old Philipsburg boy and either a 17- or 18-year-old Hyde boy.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Friday or Saturday on Lochlomond Road in Rush Township. Someone possibly tampered with a vehicle that belonged to a Hyde man.
- Sometime between Sept. 24 and Thursday, a 42-year-old Warriors Mark man cut several dead trees on a 51-year-old Westmont, Quebec woman’s property and hauled them away. The victim requested no prosecution and the case will be closed.
