Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of harassment/criminal mischief occurred sometime between 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday on Blanchard Street in Osceola Mills Borough. A 28-year-old Osceola Mills woman allegedly went to a 31-year-old Osceola Mills woman’s residence and directed threats about harming her. She also allegedly struck the woman’s vehicle with a baseball bat, causing damage to it.
