UPDATED: WJAC-TV: One killed, Three Injured in Car vs. Coal Truck Collision

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP — A 25-year-old Johnsonburg woman, Pauline Dilley, was killed when a passenger car collided with a tri-axle coal truck Monday morning on state Route 879, also known as Clearfield-Shawville Highway, according to GantDaily.com news partner WJAC-TV.

Dilley was pronounced dead at the scene. In addition, two children and one adult were flown by medical helicopter from the accident scene, Lawrence Township fire officials said.

Officials said the two adults and two children were trapped inside the passenger vehicle that was operated by Cappyanna Levenduski, 25, of Kersey. The two children were 18 months old and 2 years old.

The coal truck driver was transported to the hospital. His daughter told WJAC-TV that he received several stitches but will be OK.
Pennsylvania State Police assisted in reconstructing the accident as part of the investigation.
