John Rowles, president of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 812, and on behalf of the members of the FOE 812, presented a contribution to the Clearfield Revitalization Corp., (CRC) in the amount of $2,500. Receiving this contribution is Main Street Manager Kellie Truman.
This contribution is pledged toward a mural that will be located on the side of the Eagles property, facing Third Street. The CRC’s Main Street Program has designed a 12-foot by 16-foot mural, which incorporates the All-America City shield for which Clearfield was designated an All-America City in 1966; the CRC logo which represents liberty and justice, faith and prosperity; and the Bald Eagle to symbolize patriotism and the support of the members of the FOE 812 with this project.
This graphic was designed by local designers and CRC volunteers Ian Aughinbaugh and Steve Albert.
