Student men’s hockey tickets go on sale Sept. 12

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Student tickets for Penn State men’s hockey’s first NCAA Division I season will go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 12, beginning at 7 a.m. at the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office.

Student tickets will be offered in five-game packages (see below) for $20 each. On Sept. 12, students will be able to purchase tickets only at the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. and will be limited to one package per person. Students are encouraged to arrive early due to a limited amount of inventory.

If tickets are still available at the end of the first day, students will have the opportunity to purchase ticket packages at the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office beginning Thursday, Sept. 13 during normal business hours (10 a.m.-6 p.m.). At that time, students who purchased tickets on Sept. 12 may also purchase additional packages.

A valid student ID is required, and tickets may only be purchased with cash or a credit card.

In 2012-13, head coach Guy Gadowsky and his staff will be joined by 28 student-athletes during a historic season in Happy Valley. The Nittany Lions will play several marquee matchups at home, including their first-ever NCAA game and season opener against American International Oct. 12 and November matchups against 2012 NCAA tournament participant Air Force Nov. 9-10. In all, Penn State will play 15 homes games at Greenberg Ice Pavilion.
