- An incident of harassment occurred at 9:34 p.m. Thursday on Rumbarger Avenue. The victim told police that his ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend threatened him and said he was going to drag him out of the residence. The investigation is ongoing and charges are currently pending.
- Police were contacted regarding a missing juvenile at 10:53 p.m. Thursday on Osborne Avenue. The reporting party advised that her 13-year-old took out the garbage at approximately 8:45 p.m. but didn’t return to the residence. Police were assisted with the DuBois City Fire Department with searching for the juvenile who was found on Maple Avenue by his grandmother and returned home. No further action was needed by police.
- At 3:26 a.m. Friday, police were dispatched to a DuBois Street residence, where a man allegedly had a knife directed to his throat and he threatened to take his own life. Upon arrival police made contact with the man and took him into custody without incident. He was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center – West to be evaluated.
